Alexis de Montfort Shepherd
Vice Operations Officer

Alexis is a third-year medical student at Dell Medical School. Before moving to Austin, Alexis attended the University of Texas at Dallas where she received a B.A. in Literature and a B.S. in Neuroscience. She also completed a Community Health Fellowship with Project Horseshoe Farm in Greensboro, Alabama. Alexis is passionate about health equity and providing quality, accessible care to underserved populations. She loved serving on C.D. Doyle’s Operations Team during her first year and is excited to keep working with the Esperanza community. Outside of school, Alexis loves exploring Austin’s coffee shops, reading, and spending time outdoors.
