Kathy Shen Undergraduate Education and Research Coordinator
Kathy Shen is a junior Biomedical Engineering student at The University of Texas at Austin. She joined C.D. Doyle in 2024 and is passionate about expanding access to care for underserved communities. Her interests lie at the intersection of medicine and technology, as she hopes to better understand how engineering innovations can reduce real-world healthcare disparities. As Undergraduate Education and Research Coordinator, she works to create informative workshops for volunteers and expand research opportunities within the clinic. Outside of academics and volunteering, Kathy enjoys singing karaoke, rollerblading, and watching Asian TV shows.
